MERCHANDISER.

Our planners, Designers, Buyers, and product technologists ensure that our stores are merchandised with quality fashion and products that bring value to life for our customers.

FINANCE.

From basic Bookkeeping to budgets-if you’re a creative problem, this team is for you. Highly energetic and detail-orientated, we balance more than just the books.

SUPPLY CHAIN & GROUP DISTRIBUTION CENTERS.

Supply chain engineers and distribution Centre Pickers alike; this team runs a right a tight ship to ensure the most efficient solution for getting goods from suppliers to customers.

OPERATIONS.

From sales Managers and Shop Assistants to Cad Operators and Visual Merchandisers, this is the team that plans, supports, and executes the meticulous magic that plays out every single day in over 700 stores across 5 countries, and as OPS IS TOPS!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimize the sales of the store through the effective implementation of business processes.

• Optimize profit through the effective management of costs. (To manage cost within budget)

• Ensure professional HR practices in staffing and talent processes.

Ensure subordinate effectiveness through effective leadership and clear communication and

management of job performance.

• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.

1-Personal Shopper

Job Specification

  • Be a personal concierge shopper and shop from multiple stores.
  • Independent contractor role.
  • Choose working days that meet your needs.

In-Store Shoppers receive orders through an app on their smartphone and then hand over to a driver once ready for delivery.

  • Start earning quickly and get paid bi-monthly.
  • Select days based on your needs.
  • Earn tips from customers.

Basic Requirements:

  • Be 18 or over
  • Be eligible to work in South Africa
  • Have access to a recent smartphone (iPhone 5 / Android 4.4 or newer)

2-Shopper & Driver Supervisor

Job purpose

To effectively coach and lead their team in achieving the agreed goals by developing the necessary skills of each team member in achieving the required results.

Developing and managing team performance, offering feedback and demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Shoppers and Drivers to ensure flawless service delivery to our customers daily
  • Spot check: Uniform, Orders, staff attendance, process and procedures
  • Reporting: Adherence and staff attendance.
  • Support the team on special projects for continued operating efficiency and growth.
  • Train and develop shoppers.

Qualifications requirements

  • Be eligible to work in South Africa.
  • A valid South African driver’s license or a valid South African Professional driving permit (PrDP)
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must have access to a recent smartphone (iPhone 5 / Android 4.4 or newer) for the delivery app and GPS
