Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising
• Create product displays as per the seasonal cycles and discount offers.
• Adhere to accepted merchandising standards/in-store planograms are maintained.
• Create product displays as per the store floor/freezer plan.
• Ensure defective, invested stock or old products are removed and new products are properly stacked and displayed.
• Install banners, posters, displays, flags, etc. in the store.
• Check the product stocking, merchandising and display systems.
• Interact regularly with all store staff to keep them informed about upcoming store projects and timelines.
• Monitor stock on shelf in line with 8 Shelf Health Elements:
• -Full Shelves at all times
• -Best Shelf Position
• -The right forward Share
• -PI Labels present & correct
• -Stock Rotation (FIFO)
• -Spotless Shelves
• -Product Quality Obsession
• -Correct Range

Requirements

• Grade 12

• A minimum of 1 years relevant experience
• Required to work weekends/overtime and public holidays
• Clear criminal record
