Interns will be placed at the SAWS Centurion Head office. Successful candidates will be responsible for their own transport to the office. The SAWS will pay a monthly stipend of R6 500.00. Successful candidates will be required to enter into an Internship Agreement with SAWS for a duration of twelve months. There will be no obligation to employ the intern on completion of the Programme

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) hereby invites applications for a one-year Internship Programme.
SAWS is looking for high-achieving graduates to join our Internship Programme in the following fields: Climate Services (Centurion)
- Degree: Data Science/Statistics/mathematics or Related– Ref#FCLIMSERV2024
Applicants must comply with the following requirements:
- Submit detailed CV with all necessary information (i.e., Address and DOB)
- Applicant to attach academic transcript or academic record on the Recruitment Portal.
- Applicant must be 18 – 35 years of age.
- An applicant must have been unemployed and with no work experience and reside in Gauteng
