Giving folio numbers to all documents and correspondence received at the registration.List of all human resource records that are ready for disposal.Implementing the minimum information required in all Human Resource Records.All worn-out files will be repaired, and new jackets will be replaced.Filling out personnel and other related forms.Controlling photocopies.
Maintaining registries. Distribution of official messages and HR-related circulars. Maintain the security of personal records. Render archive services. Maintenance of the staff filling and record classification systems. Quarterly audit of all active papers and files. Provide additional administrative help to the office. Provide assistance in the facilitation of information compliance and security. Ensure compliance with information management and security policies, as well as the promotion of information access. Ensure compliance with management’s National Minimum Information Requirements. Ensure compliance with the records classification criterion. provide Aid in the coordination of personal files.
