Minimum Requirements
Job Objectives:
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through visibility, expertise and customer focus.
Increase customer loyalty by facilitating in-store makeovers and skin care consultations.
Achieve Body Shop’s sales goals by interacting with customers and providing personalized customer service at all times.
Monitor and improve/increase stock availability by following inventory management processes. H. Conduct weekly stocktakes to ensure zero stock shortages.
Maintain high store standards through daily cleaning and merchandising principles.
Prevent waste and loss by performing all tasks accurately, honestly and carefully. Assist in in-store training and coaching related to Makeup and Skincare category by sharing information on techniques, trends and diagnostic tools in store.

Education & Experience:
Matrix/12. Class (Required)
N6 in Makeup and/or Skincare (Beauty)/Cosmetology/Business Management/Marketing Management (Required)
Unemployed TVET Graduates with 18 months training required (Required)
Desirable: Experience in a customer facing role Retail/FMCG business operating environment.
