AVBOB is offering the Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme in 2024 for unemployed South African youth in Centurion, Gauteng. The programme includes theoretical learning and practical work experience, leading to a registered qualification. Learners will receive a monthly salary during training.

Requirements include a Grade 12 Certificate/Abitur, with English and either Mathematics, Basic Mathematics Education, or Accounting as subjects. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 35, have no prior training, not be enrolled in another academic institution, have reliable transport, and preferably have a smartphone or laptop. Communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to work independently and show self-motivation, are essential. Applicants must be South African citizens.
