The permanent call center is rated B-low by Patterson with prices ranging from R64,700 to R116,500 per year, Requirements include a Class 12 certificate, one year matric qualification in customer service, and at least one year of customer service experience. A credit counseling certificate is a plus. Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for stakeholders, communicating with customers through calls, emails, and faxes, resolving NCA related issues, conducting surveys, providing information on credit issues, and improving customer satisfaction and business performance. Skills required include basic computer skills, excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, conflict management, service orientation, multitasking, and being a team player. The center follows national credit counseling procedures for credit law.
