NPA Internship Program 2024:- Message from the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to the Internship Program for a vacancy to train prosecutors. All applicants who are eligible for a prosecutor training position must complete the NPA training application forms using the official portal of the National Prosecuting Authority website at www.npa.gov.za.
The NPA Education Office will only accept manual registration forms. Applicants for the prosecutor training position can complete the training application form before 2 September 2024.
For all types of positions, applicants who want National Prison Training, it is important to carefully check the qualification, age limit and other requirements listed in the official notification from National Sanctioning Organization must meet all criteria before applying. Qualification:-
Complete LLB degree or equivalent foreign qualification supported by proof of
accreditation of qualifications from SAQA. Final year LLB students may apply, provided
that the LLB degree will be completed before the start date of the programme.
Applicants must be currently unemployed, have no legal experience, and must NOT
have participated in any form of Practical Vocational Training for legal practitioners.
Permanent employees of the Department (DOJ&CD) and the NPA meeting the
requirements may also apply. Applicants must be South African. Demonstrable
competency in acting Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility
