As a Service Consultant at Capitec Bank, your main responsibility will be to increase the overall client experience by giving outstanding service. You will be attending client needs, resolving their issues, and promoting the bank’s innovative Global One product offering. Your role is important in helping clients bank better and live better.
Experience:
- Minimum: 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail, financial services, or banking.
- Consideration: Applicants with a relevant tertiary qualification will be considered even if they have no prior experience.
- Ideal: Over 1 year of experience in client service within retail, financial, or banking sectors. Additionally, proven sales experience and prior interaction with clients will be highly regarded.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Banking will be a significant advantage.
