The Clicks Assistant will report to the Store Manager and will have a task for servicing the entire beauty department. The main goal is to assist exceptional service to customers by providing professional advice on beauty and skincare products. Furthermore, the Beauty Assistant will be assigned with managing merchandise, promoting products, and ensuring that the beauty department is dept to high standards.
To be considered for the Beauty Assistant position, candidates must meet below criteria:
- Education: Essential – Grade 12 (Matric). A relevant beauty or skincare qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), sales, or marketing environments is highly desirable.
- Skills: Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with customers. An understanding of selling principles, merchandising, and promotions within a retail/FMCG background is advantageous.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of stock management procedures, customer service excellence, and beauty/skincare products is essential for success in this role.
