Twizza’s Call Centre Agents will be in charge of the company’s customer contacts. This position is suited for people who thrive in fast-paced workplaces who are passionate about both customer service and sales. The position is located in Bryanston, Johannesburg, and includes a permanent contract with market-related compensation.
You should meet the following minimum criteria:
- 2 Years’ Experience in Telesales: Prior experience in a highly pressurised Call Centre environment is essential, preferably in the FMCG industry. This experience will equip you with the skills needed to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Practices and Principles: A strong understanding of customer service practices and principles is crucial for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Intermediate Experience Level in Outlook, Word, and Excel: Proficiency in these Microsoft Office applications is required to manage day-to-day tasks effectively. Additionally, knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) databases is important for tracking customer interactions and sales data.
- Advanced Data Capturing Skills: You must possess high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong written English skills. These skills are essential for processing orders, managing customer information, and ensuring that data is captured correctly in Twizza’s systems.
