Task:
Your main focus will be on growing OUTsurance’s business insurance. This include the following:
- Prospecting and Canvassing for New Business: You will actively look for new clients, building relationships and securing contracts to expand OUTsurance’s reach in the market.
- Managing Client Relationships: Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients is crucial in the insurance industry. You’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales and Service Excellence: Your role as a broker involves assisting excellent service to clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
The OUTsurance Broker role operates under the Tied Agent Model, which has been a key factor in the company’s success. This model ensures that brokers are aligned with the company’s values and goals, creating a supportive environment for both personal and professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric or National Senior Certificate: A completed matric certificate is essential.
- Reliable Vehicle: You must have your own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.
- Driver’s License: A valid code B driver’s license is required.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment is essential. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management is highly valued.
- FAIS Accreditation: If you have previous experience as a FAIS representative, the following are non-negotiable:
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)
- RE5 certification (depending on Dofa).
