The Heineken Global Graduate Programme offers a three-year structured path for young professionals eager to make a mark in the sector.This programme consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, across key business areas such as:
- Supply Chain

After completing the rotations, you will have the opportunity to spend the next 18 months working in a role within your home operating company in Johannesburg or Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Qualifications & criteria
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Work Experience: No specific work experience is required, but applicants should be recent graduates with no more than 1-year post-graduation experience.
- Language Proficiency: English is essential, along with any local language requirements.
- Global Mobility: Applicants must be fully mobile and willing to explore opportunities abroad.

- Application Submission:
- Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal.
- Online Assessments:
- Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment.
- Interviews:
- Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews.
- Assessment Center:
- Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations.
