The Heineken Global Graduate Programme offers a three-year structured path for young professionals eager to make a mark in the sector.This programme consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, across key business areas such as:

  • Supply Chain
  • Digital & Technology
  • Commerce
  • Finance
  • Procurement
  • People

After completing the rotations, you will have the opportunity to spend the next 18 months working in a role within your home operating company in Johannesburg or Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Qualifications & criteria 

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Work Experience: No specific work experience is required, but applicants should be recent graduates with no more than 1-year post-graduation experience.
  • Language Proficiency: English is essential, along with any local language requirements.
  • Global Mobility: Applicants must be fully mobile and willing to explore opportunities abroad.

  1. Application Submission:
    1. Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal.
  2. Online Assessments:
    1. Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment.
  3. Interviews:
    1. Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews.
  4. Assessment Center:
    1. Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations.
