Duties:
Service Delivery and sales
- Seamlessly facilitate sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment for both new and existing customers.
- Strengthen customer relationships through personalized, consultative engagements to foster loyalty and drive referrals.
Closing deal and Activation
- Leverage expertise to ensure the smooth fulfillment of sales activities.
- Address customer sales-related queries with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely resolution.
- Investigate and resolve or escalate credit- and fraud-related referrals to maintain the integrity of transactions.
Management of Customer Experience
- Engage with diverse customer segments to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
- Manage daily workflows and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer demands.
- Generate and analyze monthly reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Policies and risk measures
- Adhere to all internal and external compliance policies, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.
- Escalate identified risks to ensure governance standards are upheld.
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma in Finance (mandatory).
- Preference for applicants with Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.
- A passion for customer service, sales, and relationship management.
- Strong adherence to risk and governance policies.
